The problem

Running F&B procurement, inventory, and cost control as separate manual or disconnected processes makes it hard to automate ordering, know stock levels in real time, or track expenditure precisely. Without operational data in one place, purchasing decisions and waste reduction stay guesswork.

What we built

A customized platform combining procurement, inventory management, and cost control into a single system, with automated ordering, real-time stock tracking, and expenditure control, backed by a data analytics engine turning operational data into input for purchasing decisions and waste reduction.

The long version

The platform brings procurement, inventory, and cost control into one system rather than three. Ordering is automated instead of manual, stock levels are tracked in real time instead of periodic counts, and expenditure is visible instead of reconstructed after the fact from invoices.

The analytics engine sits underneath all three modules, turning the operational data those modules generate (order history, stock movement, spend) into input for purchasing decisions, waste reduction, and day-to-day operational efficiency across F&B operations.

The result is one system covering a supply chain that would otherwise run across separate tools or manual processes, with the data those processes generate actually usable rather than trapped in disconnected records.
